In this lesson, we discuss the established and widely accepted inspiration and authority of the Old Testament by Jewish and Gentile Christians from the very beginning of the church’s history. We also explore how the Gospels and Apostolic Epistles were recognized, read, taught and circulated by churches long before any formal council affirmed and adopted a final New Testament canon.
