Believers have been freed from bondage to sin and the Law. This freedom is not an absolute, personal license to live as we please, but a freedom from our fruitless and deceptive attempts to satisfy God or ourselves through our own pursuits, This freedom enables us to begin to fulfill the perfect will of God from the heart, which can be summed up in the commandment “You shall love your neighbor as yourself.”
