This episode lays forth the philosophy of ministry for the FCC College & Career group. C&C ministry exists to equip young adults with the wisdom of Christ so they can live godly lives. Drawing on Colossians 1:9–10, the ministry is built on growing young adults in three areas: discipleship, decision-making, and discernment with the hope of walking worthy of the Lord in every area of their life and preparing them for a life of service to the church.
